What we can help with
- An offer or term on our site that looks out of date or wrong.
- Questions about how we rate bookmakers.
- Advertising and partnership enquiries.
- Requests about your personal information, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
What we can’t help with
We are not a bookmaker, so we can’t see your betting account or settle a bet. If you have a problem with a deposit, withdrawal or bet, contact the bookmaker’s own support team first. If that doesn’t resolve it, every licensed bookmaker must tell you which provincial gambling board you can complain to.
Before you contact Odds & Form
It helps if you tell us which page you were reading and what you noticed. If an offer looks wrong, a screenshot of the bookmaker’s current terms means we can check it and update the page faster. For partnership enquiries, a short note about your brand and what you have in mind is plenty to start with.
We can’t give personal betting tips or tell you which horse to back. Our race previews and guides are there for that, and they are free for everyone to read.
